Fazilet-i meşrûanın fevkinde foton ve keder

Mikrotübüle nakşeden o hançer

İzzet-i nefs ışıldar karanlığında

An-ı mukadderin haricinde bir fotoğraf

Zamanla solduğuyla kalır idrak-ı nalân

Hurûf-i kelâm yine gerisingeri tornistan

Alem-i perişanda anlatılsa da ışığın, kırılgan

Yine de var bir düzen

Aheng-i kevn-ü mekân,

Saçılan fosfende

Koyulan gönülde

Hapsolan zihinde

Karanlığın içinde

Ve

Derinde.

 photon and sorrow, surpassing the virtue

That dagger etched upon the microtubule,

The dignity of the self glimmers in its darkness.

A photograph outside the predestined moment,

Remaining as the lamenting mind perceives:

Faded with time.

The letters of logos, again in retreat, sternway.

Though told in the disarray of worlds, the light, fragile—

Still, a pattern persists,

The harmony of cosmos and space,

In the phosphene that scatters,

In the heart that receives,

In the mind that confines,

Within the darkness,

And

Deep within.
